I’m officially a citizen of District 3. And that’s where I expected myself to be at, without a doubt. Of all the districts in Panem, this is where I should really be coz technology is my expertise. It amazes me how the Capitol PN chose my district. Whoever they be, they absolutely got it right! May the odds be ever with me at this year’s Hunger Games. :D
